Can a commercial lease be broken with out written notice?
A lease cannot be broken without written Notice. As a matter of fact, you must have written to the lessee some period before the termination of the lease depending on the agreement of duration you had with the lessee at the creation of the lease. A lease that is yearly and above must carry six months written notice unless and otherwise stated or agreed by the parties.
